At Know My Device Ltd, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to resolve all service-related concerns fairly and efficiently. This policy outlines the conditions for refunds and the process to handle disputes.

Refund Policy

  • ✔️ **Full Refund:** If the service has not yet started and cancellation is requested within 24 hours of booking.
  • ✔️ **Partial Refund:** If service has started but not completed, based on work already performed.
  • ❌ **No Refund:** If the full service has been delivered and no issues were reported within 7 days of completion.
  • 💳 Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days once approved.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe there was an issue with the service, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a payment dispute with your card issuer or payment platform.

Our team will investigate the case and offer a fair resolution, which may include a rework, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
