Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Know My Device Ltd, we aim to provide clear and fair policies regarding service cancellations and refunds. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we handle all cases with care and transparency.

Service Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a service booking, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing hello@knowmydevice.com or calling 07451 290545. Cancellations made before the service has started will not incur any charges.

Refund Eligibility

  • Full refunds are available if the service has not yet started or if cancellation is requested within 24 hours of booking (and no service has been delivered).
  • Partial refunds may be considered if some portion of the service has already been completed.
  • No refunds will be processed after 7 days of service completion.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
